We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information as may be requested by Swift Sale Syndicate.

- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Upon full payment of all fees due, clients will be granted specific rights to the deliverables as outlined in their individual service agreements. All rights not explicitly granted to the client remain with Swift Sale Syndicate.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and methods, will be specified in the individual service agreement or statement of work for each client project. Unless otherwise specified:
- A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences.
- Final deliverables will not be released until full payment has been received.
- Late payments may be subject to late fees and interest charges as permitted by law.
- Swift Sale Syndicate reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
6. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Swift Sale Syndicate, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
- Any content obtained from the Services.
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Swift Sale Syndicate's liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Swift Sale Syndicate for the Services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Swift Sale Syndicate, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, any content submitted by you or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in San Diego County.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
